Leggett's Landing - Rental Prices and Policy
Off Season Weekly Rates: $1200
Weekends: $500 (includes both Fri and Sat nights)
Weekdays: $200 (per night, 2 night minimum)
Security Deposit: $350 (refundable within 7 days of departure)
Check-in time: 3 pm
Check-out time: 11 am
If for some reason you need to check in earlier or check out later please feel free to call ahead. If we do not have a conflict we would be happy to accommodate your request.

Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking rental.
Garbage
The garbage cans are located next to the carport where you have parked. Please make sure to put all garbage inside the garbage cans and do not leave garbage on the ground in the garbage area. Also please recycle all cans, glass and cardboard in the blue recycling containers. Garbage pick-up day is Tuesday mornings.
Garbage Disposal
Due to these units being prone to backups, please be very careful if using the disposal.
Linens
We provide linens and towels.
Telephone
We do not provide long distance service. Local calls only.
Pets
Sorry but pets are not allowed at Leggett’s Landing. If pets are present you may be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited.
Parties
You are on vacation and we want you to have as much fun as possible, however, our condo is on the top floor with two units under it and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so please keep this in mind. The condo can not be used for weddings, or group functions. If there are complaints you may be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited.
Firewood
We provide the fireplace but you must provide the firewood. Firewood is sold at most of the local grocery stores. Please do not clean the fireplace! We will do this for you.
Cleaning
The following is what we ask to be done at departure time:
- Sweep
- Take out garbage
- Clean out refrigerator
- Please leave sheets and soiled towels on top of the washer
- Wash your dishes
- Turn off all heaters, stereo, TV, VCR, lights
- Check for any personal items
- Close and lock all windows
Please return key to the lock box; there is a $25 fee for any keys not returned.
